Format¶
- Time per group: 12 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A + 3 minutes peer evaluation.
- Roughly half the groups present today; the remainder present in Lecture 15.
Required Content of Each Presentation¶
- Project description and scope.
- Cost estimate (Function Points or COCOMO II), with assumptions.
- Cash-flow forecast and at least two alternatives.
- NPV, IRR, payback, PI for each alternative.
- Sensitivity or risk analysis (Tornado, decision tree, or Monte Carlo).
- (Bonus) AI-cost dimension.
- Final recommendation with stakeholder justification.
